QinhStrengthen (QSt)

The strengthening module of the Qinh RPG ecosystem: gear strengthening / upgrading.

Roughly what it does

• Gear strengthening / upgrading — strengthen, star-up, and grow QI items.
• Works with QI (item layers / assembly): strengthening results stack onto items as "layers".
